Ingredients

  • 140 g Plain Flour
  • 100 g Butter melted
  • 120 g Sugar
  • 2 Egg Yolks
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp. Baking Powder

Instructions

  • Cream together the butter and sugar together until just combined
  • Add the egg yolks and vanilla extract then mix together until the ingredients are all incorporated
  • Add the flour and the baking powder then mix until a soft dough has formed
  • Use a tablespoon or ice-cream scoop to form balls with the dough then leave to chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour
  • Bake in the centre of a preheated oven at 180°C/350°F/gas mark 4 for 10 minutes
  • Allow to cool for at least 1 hour
  • Your vanilla cookies are ready!
