These spicy chicken wings are bursting with flavour and baked to perfection. Each bite will make your tastebuds burst with flavour and spice. A delicious and easy alternative to traditional chicken wing recipes. These appetizers take chicken wings to a new level. No need for any dipping sauce as they are coated in their own fiery sauce.

Ingredients

Marinade

  • 1 kg Chicken Wings
  • 100 g Coriander
  • 7 Green Chillies
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Purée
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp Chilli Flakes

Sauce

  • 3 tbsp Chilli Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise

Instructions

  • In a bowl add all the marinade ingredients (except the chicken wings) in a bowl then mix all the ingredients together until well combined
  • Add the chicken wings and coat the wings with the marinade evenly
  • Set aside and allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes, preferably overnight for best results as this will ensure maximum flavour and juicy chicken
  • Place a single layer of the chicken wings on top of a baking tray with a wire rack
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) or gas mark 6 for 25 minutes
  • As the wings are cooking mix together the ingredients for the sauce
  • Brush with the sauce mixture then flip the wings over and brush with the sauce again and bake for a further 20 minutes
  • Brush any remaining sauce on to the wings then serve and enjoy!
