Ingredients

  • 400 g Strong White Bread Flour/Plain Flour
  • 2 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp. Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Salt/Namak
  • 1 tsp. Dry Instant Yeast/7g Sachet
  • 200 ml Water warm

Instructions

  • In a small bowl add yeast, sugar and warm water then stir before setting aside
  • Leave the yeast mixture to rest for at least 5 minutes or until the bubbles form on the surface
  • In another bowl add the flour, salt, olive oil and the yeast mixture together then mix and knead until a smooth dough forms
  • Grease a bowl with some oil and transfer the dough into it
  • Cover with a damp cloth and set aside for at least one hour
  • Your pizza dough is ready!
