- 1 kg Boneless Chicken
- 8 slices White Bread
- 2 tsp. Ginger Paste
- 2 tsp. Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp. Pepper
- 1 tsp. Salt
- Eggs
- Breadcrumbs
In a food processor mince the boneless chicken then add the white bread, ginger paste, garlic paste and pepper to chicken then process until mixture forms a thick paste
Roll out the mixture to form a layer and cut into small pieces
In a bowl whisk the eggs then dip each piece into the flour then the egg and into the breadcrumbs
Heat a pan with oil for deep frying until medium-hot ensuring that the oil is not too hot – to test this you can add a few breadcrumbs into the pan, and it should rise with tiny bubbles surrounding it
Gently add the chicken nuggets into the pan - there should be tiny bubbles surrounding them – and allow them to cook undisturbed for 3-4 minutes until golden brown before flipping and allowing to cook for another 3-4 minutes until golden brown on the other side
