Ingredients

  • 500 ml Milk
  • 100 ml Water
  • 2 tbsp Pumpkin Purée
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Mixed Spice pumpkin spice
  • 1 tsp Coffee Granules

Instructions

  • In a saucepan add the water, milk, pumpkin puree, and sugar to a saucepan over medium heat and allow to warm up until hot, but do not allow to boil
  • Turn off the heat and add the vanilla, pumpkin pie spice and coffee granules then whisk until combined
  • Serve with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin spice and enjoy!

Notes

Note 1 – Pumpkin spice is similar to mixed spice in the UK. Alternatively, you can make your own homemade pumpkin spice.
