Ingredients

  • Codfish
  • Vegetable Oil
  • Lemon Juice
  • Salt/Namak
  • Black Pepper/Kali Mirch Powder
  • Paprika
  • Garlic Powder/Lehsan Powder
  • Onion Granules
  • Tomatoes finely diced
  • Onions finely diced
  • Parsley finely chopped

Instructions

  • Pat the fish dry and set onto a baking tray
  • Add the vegetable oil, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder and onion granules on to one side of the fish then rub the spices into the fish before flipping over and repeating the same process
  • Add the finely diced onions, tomatoes and parsley on top of the fish and give everything a mix gently
  • Cover with foil then bake at the top of preheated oven at 230°C/450°F/gas mark 8 for 25-30 minutes
  • Remove the foil then bake for a further 15 minutes until the fish is flaky
  • Your crispy baked cod fish is ready!
