- 100 g Butter melted
- 50 g Brown Sugar light
- 50 g Sugar
- 130 g Plain Flour
- 3 tbsp Milk
- ½ tsp Baking Soda
- 100 g Chocolate Chunks
In a bowl add the brown sugar and granulated sugar to the melted butter then whisk until all the sugar dissolves
Sift the plain flour with the baking soda and mix until there is no trace of flour seen
Add the milk and combine until the dough comes together
Using a wooden spoon fold in the chocolate chunks into the mixture
Chill the cookie dough in the refrigerator for at least an hour
Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper then roll the cookie mixture into equal sized balls
Bake in the centre of a preheated oven at 180°C/350°F/gas mark 4 for 10-15 minutes until the edges are golden brown
Remove from oven and allow to cool for at least half an hour
