Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken
  • 1- inch Ginger/Adrak crushed
  • 2 Garlic Cloves/Lehsan crushed
  • 2 tbsp Yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp Double Cream
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Cornflour
  • 1 tsp Salt/Namak
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper/Kali Mirch Powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp Dried Fenugreek Leaves/Methi
  • 4 Green Chillies/Hari Mirch crushed
  • Coriander/Dhaniya finely chopped

Instructions

  • Cut the chicken into chunks then add into a bowl along with the rest of the ingredients then mix until well combined and set aside to marinate for at least 30 minutes
  • Add on to skewers then place on wire rack and at the top of preheated oven at 200°C/400°F/gas mark 6 for 15 minutes
  • Flip over then cook for another 15 minutes until cooked through
  • Your malai chicken tikka is ready!
