Ingredients

Chicken Marinade

  • 500 g Chicken boneless
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder haldi
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Chicken Filling

  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Purée
  • 1 Bell Pepper finely diced

Wraps

  • 8 Tortillas
  • Lettuce shredded
  • Tomatoes finely diced
  • Cucumber finely diced
  • Red Onion diced
  • Mayonnaise

Instructions

  • Cut the chicken into small bite-size pieces then add into a bowl along with the salt, chilli powder, garlic powder, turmeric powder and black pepper to the chicken then mix until all the ingredients are fully combined and set aside to marinate for at least 30 minutes
  • Once the chicken has marinated in a pan heat up the olive oil on medium heat until hot
  • Add the marinated chicken for 6-8 minutes on medium heat until the colour changes
  • Add the tomato purée and cook for a further 2-3 minutes
  • Finely dice the bell peppers and cook for a further 4-6 minutes on medium heat then remove from the heat
  • Spread the mayonnaise across the tortilla wrap – or the sauce of your choice
  • Spoon the mixture near the bottom of the tortilla wrap and top with shredded lettuce, sliced red onions, diced cucumber and diced tomatoes then fold the tortilla wraps to form a wrap
  • On a griddle pan add the olive oil and spread across pan then add the wraps and grill on medium heat for 1-2 minutes on either side until grill marks appear
  • Your chicken wraps are ready!
