These spicy lamb chops are inspired by South East Asia flavours with the burst of heat and fragrant aroma. With little effort needed all you need to do is all the ingredients into a bowl then mix before leaving to marinade. Once marinated all you need to do is grill until lightly charred o both sides.

Crispy on the outside and succulent in the in the inside. The flavours and spices in these lamb chops are not for the light-hearted. Serve these lamb chops with a side of salad and roasted wedges for a delicious dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 kg Lamb Chops
  • 100 ml Oil
  • 10 Garlic Cloves crushed
  • 1- inch Ginger crushed
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Chilli Powder
  • 1 tbsp Chilli Flakes
  • 2 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 2 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tbsp Garam Masala
  • 100 g Yoghurt

Instructions

  • In a bowl add all the marinade ingredients then mix until well combined before adding in the lamb chops and covering each with the marinade evenly
  • Set aside to marinate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight
  • In a griddle pan heat up the pan until hot then add the lamb chops and grill on each side for 5 minutes until lightly charred
  • Your spicy lamb chops are ready!

AlhamduLillah my family enjoyed these spicy lamb chops MaShaAllah, I baked them in
