In a large bowl combine all the ingredients (except the potatoes) together until everything is well mixed together
Peel and chop the potatoes into large chunks then add into the mixture before coating the potatoes evenly
Line a roasting pan with foil then add the potatoes in a single layer across the pan
Bake at the centre of a preheated oven at 180°C/320°F/gas mark 4 for 45 minutes
Flip the potatoes over then cook for a further 20-25 minutes at the top of the oven
Your spicy roast potatoes are ready!
