Ingredients

Salad:

  • 200 g Tuna canned
  • Lettuce
  • Sweetcorn boiled
  • Cucumber
  • Chickpeas boiled
  • Red Onions
  • Bell Peppers

Dressing:

  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Add the boiled sweetcorn, chickpeas and tuna then give everything a quick stir
