In a pan heat up the oil on medium heat until hot then add the finely diced onions and cook for 3-4 minutes until softened

Add the canned tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes
Add the salt, black pepper, paprika and mixed herbs then cook for 3-4 minutes
Add the water then bring it to a gentle boil before adding the pasta and covering then gently simmer for 15 minutes
Add the cooked chickpeas the cook for 2-3 minutes
Your chickpea pasta is ready!
