Preheat the oven to gas mark 200°C/400°F/gas mark 6
In a bowl add the spices to the oil then mix until well combined
Line a baking tray with foil
Pat each drumstick dry then dip the drumsticks into the oil mixture one at a time before placing on to the baking tray leaving space in between each drumstick
Bake in the middle of the preheated oven for 25 minutes then flip over and bake for a further 25 minutes until cooked through
Your baked chicken drumsticks are ready!
