Ingredients

  • 250 g Rice Noodles cooked
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Garlic Bulb minced
  • 4 Spring Onions finely chopped
  • 2 Carrots julienned
  • 2 Bell Peppers julienned
  • 100 g Green Beans
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Cook the noodles as per packet instructions and as cooking prepare all the vegetables
  • Heat the vegetable oil in a pan on medium heat until hot
  • Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant
  • Add the carrots, bell peppers and green beans and cook for 5 minutes until the vegetables begin to soften
  • Add the cooked noodles and stir together then cook for 2-3 minutes
  • Add the salt and black pepper then cook for a few minutes
  • Add the brown sugar and soy sauce then stir fry on high for 1 minute until sauce thickens
  • Garnish with spring onions and toasted sesame seeds then enjoy!
