Ingredients

  • 50 ml Oil
  • 1 Garlic Bulb
  • 600 g Tomatoes
  • 600 g Chicken
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder
  • ½ tsp Cumin Powder
  • ½ tsp Coriander Powder
  • Coriander
  • 1 Bullet Chilli

Instructions

  • In a pan heat up the oil on medium heat until hot then add the crushed garlic cloves and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant
  • Add the chopped tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes until softened
  • Add the chicken and cook for 15 minutes
  • Add the salt, black pepper, chilli powder, garam masala, Kashmiri chilli powder, cumin powder and coriander powder then cook the spices for 3-4 minutes
  • Add the coriander and bullet chillies and cook for 1-2 minutes
  • Your Peshawari chicken karahi is ready!
