A basic hari green chutney recipe served alongside spicy Indian appetisers. Not only is it delicious, but its low calories makes it one of the healthiest dips around. This sauce will enhance the flavour of any dish.

Ingredients

  • 100 g Mint
  • 50 g Coriander
  • 15 Green Chillies
  • 10 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 50 ml Water

Instructions

  • In a food processer add all the ingredients and blend until all the ingredients are broken down and form a thick paste – at this point the mixture can be frozen
  • Your green chutney is ready!
