Ingredients

  • 4 Baguettes
  • 100 g Butter softened
  • 50 ml Olive Oil
  • Handful Parsley finely chopped
  • 10 Garlic Cloves crushed

Instructions

  • In a bowl mix up the softened butter, olive oil, finely chopped parsley and crushed garlic cloves until well combined
  • Cut the baguette lengthwise and spread the butter mixture onto the baguette
  • Bake in the centre of a preheated oven at 190°C/375°F/gas mark 5 for 8-10 minutes until cooked through
  • Your garlic bread is ready!
