Who could resist crunchy, golden nuggets of joy?! No one, that’s who! These are my go-to chicken nuggets! These are easy, freezer-friendly, and family approved.

Ingredients

  • 1 kg Boneless Chicken
  • 8 slices White Bread
  • 2 tsp. Ginger Paste
  • 2 tsp. Garlic Paste
  • 1 tsp. Pepper
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • Eggs
  • Breadcrumbs

Instructions

  • In a food processor mince the boneless chicken then add the white bread, ginger paste, garlic paste and pepper to chicken then process until mixture forms a thick paste
  • Roll out the mixture to form a layer and cut into small pieces
  • In a bowl whisk the eggs then dip each piece into the flour then the egg and into the breadcrumbs
  • Heat a pan with oil for deep frying until medium-hot ensuring that the oil is not too hot – to test this you can add a few breadcrumbs into the pan, and it should rise with tiny bubbles surrounding it
  • Gently add the chicken nuggets into the pan – there should be tiny bubbles surrounding them – and allow them to cook undisturbed for 3-4 minutes until golden brown before flipping and allowing to cook for another 3-4 minutes until golden brown on the other side
  • Your chicken nuggets are ready!
