Ingredients

Marinade:

  • 500 g Boneless Chicken
  • 2 Garlic Cloves/Lehsan crushed
  • 1- inch Ginger/Adrak crushed
  • 1 tsp Chilli Powder/Laal Mirch Powder
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt/Namak
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper/Kali Mirch Powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder/Haldi
  • 1 tsp Chilli Flakes
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil

Chicken Mixture:

  • 1 Red Onion
  • 2 Bell Peppers
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Purée

Toppings:

  • Mozzarella Cheese

Instructions

  • Method
  • Cut the chicken into small pieces
  • In a bowl add the chilli powder, Kashmiri chili powder, salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, tandoori masala, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic paste and crushed chillies to the boneless chicken
  • Mix the spices until well combined then set aside and allow to marinate for at least 1 hour
  • In a pan cook the marinated chicken for 10 minutes on medium heat
  • Add the sliced red onions and julienned bell peppers then cook for a further 4-5 minutes
  • Add the tomato purée and mix to combine
  • Prepare your fries and once cooked add into ovenproof dish
  • Add the chicken mixture on top and top with mozzarella
  • Broil for 2-3 minutes until the cheese has melted
  • Your chicken loaded fries are ready!
