This omelette is fluffy and oozing with cheesy goodness. Serve your omelette with a slice of thick buttered toast for a delicious dish.

This cheese omelette is a great meal for any time of the day. A delicious omelette recipe that is fluffy and oozing with cheesy goodness. Nothing tastes quite as good as eggs for breakfast on a cold Winter morning!

Ingredients

  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 tbsp Milk
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • Coriander optional
  • Cheese

Instructions

  • Whisk the eggs in a bowl then add the milk, salt, black pepper and finely chopped coriander before giving it a quick whisk to ensure everything is well combined
  • In a skillet pan melt the butter on low heat until completely melted then pour in the egg mixture, swirling the skillet to ensure that the bottom of the pan is evenly covered
  • Cook on medium heat for 1-2 minutes until the egg mixture starts to set before lifting the edges with a spatula and tilting the skillet to allow any uncooked egg mixture to flow to the bottom of the pan
  • Sprinkle on the cheese then cover the pan and cook on low heat for 2-3 minutes until the cheese has completely melted
  • Fold the omelette and garnish with finely chopped parsley
  • Your cheese omelette is ready!
